Top Sirloin Steaks with Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients
4 top sirloin steaks
3 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 roma tomatoes, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
1. Heat grill.
2. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
3. Grill steaks over medium-high heat. Cook steaks for about 10 minutes or until they reach desired doneness. (145 degrees for medium-rare)
4. In a small mixing bowl combine basil, vinegar and tomatoes.
5. Remove steaks from grill. Top with vinegar mixture.
