Grilled Peppered Top Sirloin Steak

Ingredients
2 lbs top sirloin steak
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons horseradish
2 tablespoons olive oil
kosher salt, to taste
Directions
1. In a small mixing bowl combine pepper, garlic, horseradish, olive oil, and salt.
2. Place steaks in a shallow dish and rub both sides with mixture. Cover and let marinate in refrigerator for at least 8 hours or up to 2 days.
3. Remove steaks 30 minutes before cooking.
4. Preheat grill.
5. Grill 5-6 minutes on each side, turning only once.
6. Remove from heat. Allow to sit 5-10 minutes before serving.
