Asian Top Sirloin Steak

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs boneless beef top sirloin steak
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
Directions
1. In a small mixing bowl combine ginger, soy sauce, garlic and red pepper.
2. Rub mixture over both sides of the sirloin steak.
3. Place steak on rack in broiler. Keep the rack 3 to 4 inches from the heat. Make sure to place a piece of foil on the rack below the steak to catch all drippings.
4. Broil on one side for 5 minutes, turn over and broil for another 5 minutes. (Time may vary depending on desired doneness)
5. Serve with steamed Basmati rice.
