Sesame Top Sirloin Steaks

Sesame Seed

Serving Size: 4

Ingredients

4 top sirloin steaks (about 2 lbs)
3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 large garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons brown sugar
fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

1. In a medium mixing bowl combine sesame seeds, soy sauce, garlic, oil, brown sugar, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
2. Place steaks in a shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over steaks. Marinate in refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours.
3. Preheat grill.
4. Remove steaks from marinade. Place them on grill. Grill for 4-6 minutes on each side or until they have reach desired doneness. (145 degrees for medium-rare)
