1 1/2 lbs boneless beef top sirloin steak<br />
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced<br />
2 tablespoons soy sauce<span id="more-62"></span><br />
2 garlic cloves, minced<br />
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Directions</span><br />
1. In a small mixing bowl combine ginger, soy sauce, garlic and red pepper.<br />
2. Rub mixture over both sides of the sirloin steak.<br />
3. Place steak on rack in broiler. Keep the rack 3 to 4 inches from the heat. Make sure to place a piece of foil on the rack below the steak to catch all drippings.<br />
4. Broil on one side for 5 minutes, turn over and broil for another 5 minutes. (Time may vary depending on desired doneness)<br />
5. Serve with steamed Basmati rice.</p>

<p>4 top sirloin steaks<br />
1 tablespoon olive oil<br />
1 cup chunky salsa<span id="more-27"></span><br />
2 tablespoons ground cumin<br />
2 tablespoons garlic salt<br />
1 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped<br />
1 cup Mexican cheese blend<br />
1 avocado, peeled and sliced</p>

<p>1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.<br />

</span> 4 8-ounce top sirloin steaks<br />
3 tablespoons fresh ground black pepper<br />
kosher salt, to taste<br />
3 tablespoons olive oil<br />
3 tablespoons unsalted butter<br />
3 green onions, finely chopped<span id="more-22"></span><br />
1/3 cup bourbon<br />
1 cup low-sodium beef base<br />
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Directions<br />
</span>1. Season both sides of steak with pepper and salt.<br />
2. In large skillet heat olive oil over high heat. Place steaks in hot oil, cook for 2-3 minutes each side then remove and set aside.<br />
3. Add green onions to skillet, saute for 2 minutes. Pour bourbon in, simmer for 2 minutes. Pour in beef base, continue to simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in cream and butter.<br />
4. Once mixture begins to thicken it&#8217;s ready to be poured over sirloin steaks and served.<br />
