1 1/2 lbs boneless beef top sirloin steak<br />
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced<br />

1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Directions</span><br />
1. In a small mixing bowl combine ginger, soy sauce, garlic and red pepper.<br />
2. Rub mixture over both sides of the sirloin steak.<br />
3. Place steak on rack in broiler. Keep the rack 3 to 4 inches from the heat. Make sure to place a piece of foil on the rack below the steak to catch all drippings.<br />
4. Broil on one side for 5 minutes, turn over and broil for another 5 minutes. (Time may vary depending on desired doneness)<br />
5. Serve with steamed Basmati rice.</p>

</span> 2 lbs top sirloin steak<br />
1 tablespoon ground black pepper<br />
2 garlic cloves, minced <span id="more-19"></span><br />
2 teaspoons horseradish<br />
2 tablespoons olive oil<br />
kosher salt, to taste</p>

<p>1. In a small mixing bowl combine pepper, garlic, horseradish, olive oil, and salt.<br />
2. Place steaks in a shallow dish and rub both sides with mixture. Cover and let marinate in refrigerator for at least 8 hours or up to 2 days.<br />
3. Remove steaks 30 minutes before cooking.<br />
4. Preheat grill.<br />
5. Grill 5-6 minutes on each side, turning only once.<br />
6. Remove from heat. Allow to sit 5-10 minutes before serving.</p>
